Account Deletion

Permanently delete your account and all associated data

⚠️ Warning: This action cannot be undone

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our systems. This includes:

  • Your profile and account information
  • All AI agents and their configurations
  • Chat conversations and interaction history
  • Uploaded files and training data
  • Analytics and usage data
  • Subscription and billing information

This process cannot be reversed. Please ensure you have exported any data you want to keep before proceeding.

What Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

Account Data

  • Email address and login credentials
  • Profile information (name, photo, preferences)
  • Account settings and configurations
  • Subscription and billing information

AI Agents & Content

  • All created AI agents and their configurations
  • Agent training data and uploaded files
  • Agent customizations and settings
  • Agent deployment configurations

Usage Data

  • Chat conversations and messages
  • User interaction history
  • Analytics and usage statistics
  • Session data and cookies

Before You Delete

We recommend taking the following steps before deleting your account:

  • Export your data: Download all your important data using our Data Export feature
  • Subscription cancellation: Any active subscriptions will be automatically cancelled during account deletion
  • Save important information: Make sure you have copies of any agents, conversations, or configurations you want to keep
  • Consider alternatives: You might want to temporarily deactivate your account instead of permanent deletion
